Excellent TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant.

In addition to providing assistance to the office staff, the person will also be responsible for:
" Regular interaction via email, phone, and fax with customers
" Enter order information into system
" Create invoices and bill customer
" Answer phones and direct calls
" Previous Customer Service AND Office Assistant experience
" Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
" Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly
" Works well under pressure
