Job Description
Local York company looking for Building Maintenance candidates with HVAC experience. Looking to pay $15/hr. Candidate must have a clear background, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for keeping machines, mechanical equipment, appliances, motor vehicles and/or structure of an establishments in good repair. Regular duties involve pipefitting, insulation, soldering, machine and equipment repair, carpentry and electrical work. Job duties may also include planning repairs, repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, installing aligning and balancing new equipment, and repairing buildings on or off site. Job Requirements
Must pass drug test
Must pass criminal background check
Requires steel toe work boots
Must have High School diploma or equivalent
