LEAD OPERATOR
Job Description
Lead Operator wanted - location is Leola, PA!
High school diploma or GED is required for this role.
-Pay: $31.41/hr
MUST be able to work both day shift and night shift - these are 12-hour shifts
*6am-6pm or 6pm-6am*
General description: A lead operator oversees output, specifications, and overall quality, works with operators and renders aid in packaging and housekeeping. The Lead Operator assumes the Supervisor role for the shift in the absence of the regular Supervisor.
This company is looking for both machine operating and supervising experience to be considered.
Job Requirements
-MUST be able to work 1st or 3rd shift
-MUST be able to pass a physical prior to starting
-MUST be able to wear steel-toed boots
-MUST have a valid GED or High school diploma
