Job Description
Payrate- $ 20 - $26 per hours depending on experience + shift premium.
3rd Shift, 10:00 pm - 7:00 am
Sun - Fri
Maintenance is accountable for the total maintenance of the assigned plant. Duties include but are not limited to...
Conducting routine maintenance, inspections, trouble shooting. Organize, direct, cooordinate, and manage subcontractors to assure maintenance needs are met.
Maintain all equipment record keeping and government compliances.
Inventory of maintenance materials and supplies.
Assist with departmental budgeting,
Maintenance of the grounds in summer and winter.
Scheduling of all maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures and policies.
Work overtime and on-call as required.
Job Requirements
2 YRS PRACTICAL EXP. IN MAINTENANCE ROLE WHICH WOULD INCLUDE TRADE SKILLS BASIC ELECTRICAL, WELDING, AND PLUMBING FOR BOTH PHYSICAL FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT.
FORKLIFT EXP. REQUIRED OR WILLING TO TRAIN. BASIC COMPUTER, PRINTER, SCANNER, AND OTHER OFFICE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED.
