MANUFACTURING MANAGER
Job Description
Reports to the Plant Manager and will have the daily responsibility for managing the workforce, productivity, cost control, continuous process improvement, health and safety, and employee training.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in a production or operations management position
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude, strong hydraulics, and pneumatic aptitude
- Ability to test electrical systems
- Troubleshooting skills
