Job Description
Monday - Friday
7am - 3pm
Essential Job Functions:
" Maintain calibration of laboratory instruments and corresponding documentation.
" Sampling and inspection of incoming liquid railcars of raw material and completion of corresponding documentation.
" Physical and analytical testing of incoming raw materials and finished product for color, odor, granulation, foreign material, moisture, pH, brix, % invert, etc.
" Conduct environmental, raw material, and finished product microbial sampling and testing.
" Organizing samples to submit to 3rd party lab.
" Maintain accurate and complete records of all individual data generated in the lab & record data in computer.
" Maintain and organize retain sample and lab supply storage areas.
" Clean work area, and other duties as assigned.
