WORKING LINE LEAD
Job Description
Local packaging warehouse has an immediate opening for a full time first shift lead person.
Pay is DOE - minimum of $18.00/hr
Pay is DOE - minimum of $18.00/hr
Job Requirements
Must be bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
" Understands Assembly Line production methodologies (efficiency, bottlenecks, downtime, etc.)
" Team-oriented individual that dedicates themselves to going above and beyond in helping their team.
" Leads by example with a positive attitude.
" Can solve issues and offer solutions whenever any problems or issues arise. Problem Solver.
" Flexible and willing to arrive early and stay after shift hours to finish day / week's production.
" Basic computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
" Strong work ethic and highly dependable.
" Can lift at least 20lbs to 25lbs alone.
" Ability to stand or move around for long periods of time during shift.
